Removed the right wing to work on the end of the right center main spar.
Fabricated a new W19-06R wing pivot doubler angle to fit the replacement W19-03R pivot doubler channel. Bent the end of W19-03R to fit onto the W22-02R rib. Updrilled and riveted the doubler to the -06 angle and updrilled holes at the -03R rib.
Primer painted all mating component surfaces.
Replaced the temporary bolts on the end or the main spar with correct length bolts. Torqued and applied torque seal to bolts I could cinch up. I've found it's easier to install the wing if the bolts in the pivot area are not tight. I'll torque those nuts when I reinstall the wing.
